Exelin to launch new 20% productivity improvement programme
Ambitious businesses have the chance to see at least a 20% increase in Productivity by 2020 by taking part in Exelin’s new programme of support to be launched in the New Year.

Companies entering the new productivity 2020 improvement programme will benefit from the depth and breadth of knowledge and experience shared by Exelin’s business improvement specialists. The aim is to enable businesses to achieve a minimum 20% improvement in productivity outputs, boosting effectiveness and performance of their staff.
Participating businesses will have the advantage of identifying and implementing new skills and techniques to help people achieve their potential, and the business its ambitions. The Exelin team uses tried and tested techniques and can work closely with individuals, teams, and boards, embedding the improvements in the business.

Areas of improvement that businesses may wish to focus on include operational and process efficiencies, waste and cost reduction, service quality and delivery, staffing levels, increasing capacity and capability.
SME manufacturing businesses may also qualify for funding or grant support offered to the programme through Exelin’s sister company, SWMAS.
